Bradley Cooper Explains His Departure From The Reboot Of THE CROW

The Crow is getting rebooted; this is a sad fact we will all have to deal with.  As if the god awful sequels and the horrendous TV show you forgot existed and are probably very upset I went as far as mentioning its existence were not insulting enough to the epic 1994 original starring the late Brandon Lee.  Even worse was the casting for the role, as the otherwise fantastic Bradley Cooper was cast in a role that he clearly did not fit.  Now Cooper explains the reasons behind his exit….

Here is what Cooper said about his departure while speaking to Emipire Online during his promoting tour for the Blu-ray & DVD release of The Hangover Part II:

“There weren’t even that many ups and downs,” he says. “We were talking about doing it because of Juan Carlos Fresnadillo — I’m such a massive fan — and then the timing didn’t work out. He just dropped out of it also so I don’t know what they’re going to do.”

With its third director departed along with its third leading man, it seems The Crow will be sitting in a bit of a rut for a while.  Be sure to keep up with us here for more information on the development, and don’t forget to follow us on twitter (@NerdWorldNews).
